Whilst we are more than happy to transfer any account between users as requested, verification and decision making processes can take days, and so we advise that any accounts that are likely to be transferred should be placed under a company or individuals name who should be responsible for the mediation of a transfer.
SSL Certificates are non-transferable, and contact should be made with us in the event that you wish to transfer a domain. For any domain related transfer requests, we will have to become either your new registrar or be your current registrar in order to take appropriate action.
